All refunds are discretionary, meaning that IronSerpent.com reserves the right to deny your refund request when deemed necessary. The reason for this is to prevent people from purchasing a product then immediately asking the refund with no detailed statements given about it.
With that said, if you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, please contact Iron Serpent Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and please provide the following in your email:
- The reason of your refund request
- How can we improve the product for which you’re asking the refund for
- Any additional information which you’d like to include
Refunds will be sent in within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Please include your order number so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.
